These terms describe the use of Ready to Print, provided by Essare LLC (“Essare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the information and downloadable materials available at ReadyToPrintApp.com. They are intended for the adults who purchase, install, administer, or supervise use of the app, including parents, guardians, educators, and therapists. Children may use the activities under appropriate adult supervision.
1. App licenses and purchases
Your use of the app is subject to the license and purchase terms that apply through the store where you obtained it. For Apple App Store purchases, this includes Apple’s applicable usage rules and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is provided for the app. These terms supplement, and do not replace, that license. If these terms conflict with the applicable app license or mandatory store rules, that license or those rules control for the app.
Purchases, billing, refunds, and permitted installation or sharing across devices are governed by the applicable store terms and your rights under law. Creating multiple user profiles within the app does not grant additional app installation licenses.
2. Educational purpose and adult supervision
Ready to Print provides activities for practicing pre-writing, drawing, and handwriting-related skills. It is a supplemental educational tool.
Adults are responsible for selecting suitable activities and settings and supervising use as appropriate for each learner. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular learning outcome or mastery of a skill.
3. Medical disclaimer — no diagnosis or treatment
Ready to Print is intended for educational practice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, disorder, disability, or other medical condition. The app, website, worksheets, and related materials do not provide medical advice and are not substitutes for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified health care professional.
Scores, completion records, progress reports, and drawings reflect activity within the app. They are not standardized clinical assessments or diagnostic findings and should not be used to determine whether a learner has a medical or developmental condition, needs treatment, or has improved or recovered from a condition.
Consult a qualified health care professional about medical or developmental concerns. Do not disregard professional advice, delay seeking care, or start, stop, or change treatment because of app content or results. A professional who chooses to use Ready to Print as an educational activity remains responsible for independent clinical judgment and any care they provide. Use by a therapist does not change the app’s educational purpose or make it a diagnostic or treatment service. Essare does not guarantee any medical or therapeutic benefit.
4. Profiles, privacy, and sensitive information
Please read our Privacy Policy. It explains the app’s information practices and is separate from these terms.
In the current iPad app, profiles are local user records, not online accounts with Essare. The app stores settings, user nicknames, activity progress, and saved tracing drawings on the device. It does not automatically send those records to Essare. Device backups may include app data, depending on your device and backup settings. Features may differ in older versions or on other platforms.
Use nicknames or other identifiers that disclose as little personal information as practical. Before entering information about another person, make sure you have the necessary permission and authority. Do not use the app to store information subject to student-record, health-information, or other privacy requirements unless your organization has determined that the app and its device arrangements are appropriate for that use. These terms do not establish an education-records agreement, business associate agreement, or other special data-processing arrangement with Essare.
5. Device access, backups, and data loss
You are responsible for controlling access to your device and maintaining any backups you need. Someone who can open the app may be able to view its local records. Profile selection and student mode are convenience and navigation features; they are not substitutes for device security or individual access controls.
Deleting the app, clearing records, losing or replacing a device, a failed backup, or a software or hardware problem may cause data loss. Essare does not maintain a server copy of your local app records and may be unable to recover them. Keep copies of reports and drawings you need to retain, and follow your organization’s retention and device-management policies.
6. Sharing reports and drawings
Sharing features and formats vary by app version and platform. Versions with non-PDF sharing may prepare progress information in the body of an email and attach drawings as images, then hand the message to the device’s email interface. Versions with PDF-based sharing prepare reports or drawings as PDF files and pass them to the system share sheet, where you can choose an available email, save, print, or other destination. Not every version or device supports every sharing option.
In either case, you decide whether to send, save, or print the information and select the recipients or destination. Shared content may include user nicknames or identifiers, activity details, scores, dates, settings, and drawings. PDF exports may also include a vendor device identifier when available. Review the message, attachments, or exported files and their recipients before sharing. Obtain any required permission, and use destinations appropriate for the information involved.
Essare does not operate the delivery or storage service for these exports. Email, printing, file storage, and other destinations are handled by the device and the services you choose, under their own terms and privacy practices. Copies sent or saved outside the app are not removed when you delete the original app records.
You retain any rights you have in information and drawings you enter or create. These terms do not transfer those rights to Essare or authorize us to publish that information. Our rights in app artwork, templates, and other pre-existing materials remain unchanged.
7. App content and companion worksheets
The app, website, artwork, audio, instructional materials, and companion worksheets are owned by Essare or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and credits.
Unless a particular worksheet states otherwise, you may download and print the free companion worksheets and make copies for your own use or use with your children, students, or clients, including classroom and therapy practice. Keep existing copyright notices and credits intact. This permission does not authorize selling the worksheets, incorporating them into a product for sale, or republishing the worksheet files on another website. Please link to our website so others can obtain them. Contact us about other uses. Nothing here limits rights granted by applicable law or a separate license.
8. External services and support
Links may open websites, an app store, an email service, or other services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not make Essare responsible for that service.
For questions or support, contact support@essare.net. Avoid sending identifiable student or patient records unless necessary and appropriately authorized; a description of the issue without personal information is usually sufficient. We do not promise a particular support response time or continuing compatibility with every device or operating-system version.
9. Availability, warranties, and responsibility
Features and compatibility may change between versions. We aim to keep the app and materials useful and accurate, but cannot promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law and consistent with the applicable app license, the website and downloadable materials are provided as available, without additional warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. App warranties, remedies, and limitations of liability are governed by the applicable app license and law. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer guarantees, refunds, liability, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date on this page. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any notice or agreement it requires. Posting an update does not remove rights you already have under an applicable app license or law.
